I’m very excited to be able to offer various bespoke fitness, weight loss, pilates and yoga retreats in the beautiful North Yorkshire Dales. Each retreat is designed to nourish, invigorate and rejuvenate you through good nutrition, holistic exercise plans, pilates, yoga and mindfulness. Holistic health treatments and workshops can be arranged during your stay that compliment your retreat and ultimate goal.
